Accuracy of Prices and Nutrition

We work hard to keep the 123 items on this site correct, and the whole thing rebuilds weekly. Even so, prices differ between restaurants, change without notice, and can be read wrong. Nutrition figures are the chain's published values and depend on portioning at the restaurant.

Treat everything here as a well researched guide rather than a quotation. The price you pay is the one on the board in front of you. If you find a difference, tell us and we will fix it: info@cookoutmennu.us.

If you have an allergy or a medical reason to control what you eat, confirm ingredients with the restaurant before ordering. Do not rely on this site for that decision.

CookoutMennu.us is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Cook Out or its owners. Cook Out, its logos and its product names are trademarks of their respective owner, used here only to identify what this site is about.

We cannot help with orders, refunds, complaints, employment or franchising. All of that goes to cookout.com.

Acceptable Use

You may read, share and link to anything here. You may not:

Scrape or bulk copy the price and nutrition data for republication without asking first.
Present this site as official, or imply Cook Out endorses it.
Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its database.
Post anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately false in a comment.

Comments and Ratings

Anyone can post without an account. By posting you confirm the content is yours to share and you grant us permission to display it on the site. Comments publish immediately, which means moderation happens after the fact: we remove anything abusive, spammy or off topic, and we do not have to explain why.

Opinions in comments belong to whoever wrote them, not to us. Ratings are aggregated and displayed as an average with a count; individual votes are not attributed to anyone.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which pays for hosting and the work behind the data. Ads have no influence on what a price says or which items appear. Nothing here is a paid placement by Cook Out or any other party.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to These Terms
